In addition to the oft-requested Developing Managerial Courage Through Critical Communication Skills, Judy provides workshops on several other topics. Since no two companies have the same cultures, these programs are tailored to each company’s needs. Rather than passively teaching concepts that won’t be used, she ensures that the language and approach work to enhance your existing system and facilitate action.
These 6-hour workshops can be presented in two 3-hour sessions to maximize learning. Allowing participants to practice the concepts between sessions provides for “action learning” and facilitates mastery.

One of Judy’s newest programs is the “Lead To Prosper” Forum (LTP). It is designed for managers who are moving from a specific expert skill set into a leadership role. Ease this transition by following a series of tried-and-true steps that will guide you through the challenges of leading people.
A biannual program, LPT includes content-rich monthly training calls, a one-day workshop, 4 individual coaching sessions with Judy and 2 brief SOS calls or e-mails.
