Judy Mackenzie offers several services to support leaders in their personal development and to assist them in developing the managers they supervise. The programs listed below as well as those on the Training and Speaking pages are designed to increase skills and promote accountability. 

Leadership Development Coaching is a one-on-one program for leadership development and skill enhancement. Coaching is provided for 5 levels of leadership, with different challenges for each level.

  1. Individual Contributors may not have positional authority or a formal leadership role, but they are expected to perform, contribute and influence in a leader-like manner.
  2. Emerging Leaders are at an early-stage in their careers. They have been identified for their leadership potential and aspirations.
  3. Mid-Level Leaders are typically mid-level managers making the transition from tactical to strategic leadership. Their focus is shifting beyond functional responsibilities to the overall organizational issues.
  4. Senior Leaders manage divisions or business units. In addition to their operational responsibilities, they are responsible for enterprise-wide opportunities and challenges.
  5. Executive Leaders operate at the strategic level of the business. They are responsible for crafting and executing your organization’s business model.

These programs range in length from 6 months to one year and are based on experiential learning or “tough situations.” Research has shown that leadership development is most effective when the learner is dealing with real-life, challenging situations that can result in significant success or failure. This keeps motivation high.

Group Coaching involves taking an entire team through a coaching program. This is a highly effective way to make significant changes that are relevant and timely for everyone on the team. Because of their multi-dimensional aspect, groups and teams provide rich environments for learning. These programs are 6 months long and limited to a total of 8 to 10 people.

VIP Days are for busy professionals who want move quickly on new skills. Busy professionals often want to immerse themselves in content to learn at a rapid pace, so these programs are designed for them.

Level 1: VIP Day

This single-day program of content-rich learning is available via live and virtual options.

Level 2: Platinum VIP Program

This six-month program includes bi-weekly one-on-one coaching, audio sessions, video presentations and access to the membership site.

Level 3: Platinum VIP PlusProgram

This one-year program includes all of the Platinum VIP Program plus 2 VIP days.
