Her primary goal through TEVO is to assist companies in reaching their strategic goals by developing leadership and people management systems that allow employees to be at their best. Judy believes engaged employees are fundamental to business success, and she designs support and management systems to help people and companies meet their full potential.
Judy specializes in leadership coaching, which is the culmination of 20 years of executive HR experience in private, public and not-for-profit sectors. She also has a strong background in social work, which gives her a unique set of experiences to draw from. Judy is the consummate change agent and enhanced her Vice President roles in Human Resources by being strategic in her thinking and outcomes-oriented in her approach.
